Experiencing Kratos’ journey through Fimbulwinter and seeing his character evolve from a former God of War to a dad who wants peace for his son will always be one of the best character arcs in gaming history.
Resident Evil 4 was widely considered the best Resident Evil game of all time, and with its remake released in 2023, it not only captured the allure of the original but improved upon it in many ways. It’s not really possible to understand the story of a typical FromSoftware game without watching YouTube videos. Sekiro is an exception, whose story is rather straightforward and easy to understand, at least compared to Dark final fantasy Souls.

Red Alert was an amazing game, but once you’re through the campaign, it really needs someone else to play it with. Slay the Princess — The Pristine Cut stands out with branching routes, new chapters, a new ending, and substantially more content. Possibly FromSoftware’s crowning achievement so far, Elden Ring raised the bar for the Souls-like action RPG formula.
